About me

Three images show tattoo artists creating tattoos, a man sitting at a table with coffee and desserts, and a close-up of a tattoo artist tattooing a person's arm.

My name is Dom. I grew up in Hook, Hampshire, and now live in Frome, Somerset. I work at Studio555, located within the picturesque grounds of Glove Factory Studios in Holt, Wiltshire.

My tattoo style is best described as fine line—ranging from realistic portraiture to delicate floral designs and precise geometric work. I love getting lost in the details of what I create.

Much like my personality, my approach to tattooing is laid-back and welcoming. I aim to cultivate a relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire process, ensuring that every piece feels like a true collaboration between myself and the client.

From a young age, I was fascinated by drawing and creating. That early passion for art carried me through school, where I experimented with different mediums and gradually refined my style. I would often spend entire days drawing in my bedroom, completely absorbed in my work and unaware of the world around me.

Although I went on to study at university, I quickly realised that the traditional classroom setting wasn’t where I thrived. A few years in, I made the bold decision to leave and pursue tattooing full-time—a path that allowed me to fully express my artistic vision while connecting with people in a meaningful way.

Outside the studio, nature plays a huge role in my life and often inspires my work. You’ll most likely find me on a golf course or out surfing on the weekends, where I feel most present and connected to my thoughts. I’m also passionate about travel, which fuels my curiosity about the world, and I’m rarely without music—usually folk, country, or heavy metal—playing in the background.

My journey has been shaped by art, adventure, and a pursuit of experiences that bring meaning and joy—both to myself and to those I create for.
